dulce de leche

This is the easiest way to make dulce de leche at home.

Boil a can of condensed milk in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes and it is done!


Remove the label from the can before.

For safety, wait for it to cool down before opening. I like to cook at night and just open on the next day.

If you want it more creamy, you can beat it at the mixer before serving.
